1. Who we are

Lilium Care is a clinical nutrition practice based in Athens, Greece, founded and run by registered clinical dietitians. We support women through preconception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding with one-on-one consultations, group programs, online courses, and e-books.

In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Lilium Care. “You” means anyone who visits our website or uses our services. You can reach us any time at hello@liliumcare.gr.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, booking a consultation, or buying a product from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or our services. If you’re using our services on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

3. Our services are guidance, not emergency care

Our consultations and materials provide personalised nutrition guidance. They support your care — they don’t replace your doctor, midwife, obstetrician, or any other medical professional treating you.

Nothing on this website or in our programs is a diagnosis or a treatment for a medical condition. Always tell your treating clinicians about any dietary changes, and speak to them first if you have a medical condition, take medication, or have any concern about your pregnancy or your baby.

If you have a medical emergency, call 166 (EKAB) or 112, or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us.

4. Booking, payment, and cancellations

• Prices for consultations and programs are shown at the point of booking and include VAT where it applies.
• Payment is taken at the time you book, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
• You can reschedule or cancel a one-on-one consultation up to 24 hours before it starts at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, may be charged in full.
• If we ever need to cancel or move a session, we’ll offer you the next available time or a full refund for that session.

5. Courses, e-books, and other digital products

When you buy a digital product — an online course, an e-book, or similar — we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, republish, or redistribute it.

Because digital products are delivered to you immediately, you agree that your right to withdraw ends once download or access begins. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described — if something isn’t right, email us and we’ll put it right.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products — text, meal plans, images, logos, and course material — belongs to Lilium Care or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may keep a copy for your own personal use, but you may not copy, adapt, or publish any of it without our written permission.

7. Using the site responsibly

You agree not to:

• use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with how the site works;
• copy or scrape our content for commercial use without our permission.

8. Liability

We take real care in the guidance and materials we provide. Even so, to the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss that results from acting on general information without personalised advice, or from a failure to follow the guidance of your treating clinicians. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data, including any health information you share with us, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek law. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies on this website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when our services change or the law does. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute we can’t resolve together will be handled by the courts of Athens, Greece.
