Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Lilium Care website, and how you can control them.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies let a site remember things about your visit — like your language or whether you’re signed in — and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, and refer to all of them here simply as “cookies”.
How we use cookies
We use cookies to keep the site secure and working, to remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — to measure how the site performs so we can make it better. We keep this to the minimum we need, and we never use cookies to collect health information about you.
The cookies we use
| Category | What it’s for | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Make the site work — security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. The site can't function without these. | Always on |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make, such as your language (Greek or English), so the site feels consistent between visits. | Optional |
| Analytics | Help us understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't use these to identify you personally. | Optional |
| Marketing | Measure whether our campaigns reach the right people and show relevant content. Only set if you allow them. | Optional |
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties whose tools we use — for example, analytics providers, payment processors when you check out, or embedded content such as videos. These providers set their own cookies under their own policies. We only load optional third-party cookies after you’ve given consent.
Managing your cookies
When you first visit, we ask for your consent to any non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also control cookies through your browser:
- block or delete cookies already stored on your device;
- set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored;
- turn off third-party cookies entirely.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Your browser’s help pages explain how to manage cookies for your specific browser.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our site or the tools we use change. The current version always lives here, with its date at the top of the page.
